American Standard and HD Supply Meeting the Needs of Customers

American Standard and HD Supply has teamed up to upgrade and replace toilets, faucets, and showerheads at Dale Forest & Brightwood Forest Apartments located in Dale City, Va.
Paul Sly, maintenance director for Interstate Investment, said both American Standard and HD Supply’s proposal to renovate the 1,000 unit apartment complex won out over several other proposals.
Sly states: “One team that stood out from the rest was HD Supply and American Standard”. He goes on to say “the entire process from initial proposal to weekly deliveries has progressed seamlessly without a glitch and it is my pleasure to recommend HD Supply & American Standard to anyone wanting quality products backed up with excellent customer service.”
Paul was amazed with the informative sales presentations American Standard and HD supply provided. The demonstration of the portable products patented flush system Mike Gilmore presented left a mighty impression on Paul.
“One of the most impressive segments of the sales process was the portable product demonstration showcasing the patented flush system allowed our technicians to see the benefits over our competitor’s products,” Sly said. “FYI, as of this writing, we have had NO clogs or service requests with any of the American Standard toilets that we have installed.”
He also spoke highly of American Standard’s representative Mike Gilmore regarding the proposal and the overall presentation on American Standard’s cost saving fixtures.
“The exemplary service & sales presentations that we received from the HD Supply team along with Mike Gilmore throughout the bid process was very informative, especially the spreadsheet defining the cost savings over our current fixtures in use,” Sly said. “I would like to additionally thank both (Carl Whipple) and Mike Gilmore for ‘above and beyond’ customer service which has been consistent since our initial meeting.”
The high performing and water saving plumbing fixtures purchased by Interstate Investment for this project included:
* Cadet3 Flowise Toilet, a high-efficiency toilet that uses only 1.28 gallons of water per flush, a water savings of 60% less water than a traditional 3.5 gallon per flush model.
* Reliant3 Lavatory Faucet, a WaterSense-certified faucet with a 1.5 gallons per minute (gpm) flow rate. Installing a faucet like the Reliant 3 will save up to 600 gallons of water a year.
* Colony Soft Bath/ Shower Trim Kit, which can save a family of four up to 8,000 gallons of water a year while still delivering an invigorating shower.
* Colony Soft Kitchen Faucet, a durable line of faucets made with ceramic disc valving to ensure a lifetime of drip-free performance.
